Your Teachers
All our teachers are qualified Kundalini yoga teachers and members of IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) and fulfil the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200 hour advanced 500 hour requirement.
